Ted Lasso Star Juno Temple Loves Adventurous Heels & These Pics Are Proof

Juno Temple inhabits the beloved character Keeley Jones on the soccer (or football, depending on where you are in the world) show "Ted Lasso." The character Keeley is an absolute trip, stealing scene after scene in her wacky outfits, complex hairdos, and wild heels. As it turns out, Temple has a few things in common with her cute character. High on that list is their mutual love of heels. Temple frequently struts her stuff in the most impressively high heels imaginable, opting for platform pumps and stilettos almost every chance she gets. 

Part of it could be about height. Temple is a tiny terror, clocking in at 5 feet, 2 inches, so she might enjoy the bump in height that these skyscraping heels give her. Another part of it is that heels are objectively so fun to wear; they elongate the leg, they add poise and stature, and they can really complete an outfit. This is why heels have a top place in the shoe trends that should be on your radar. And the lure of heels doesn't dissipate with age; while Temple is young, women of every age appreciate the added bump in height, and there are perfect heel choices for older women. So it's no wonder that Temple loves adventurous heels; she's rocked them for years. 

Juno Temple was a vision while walking in New York City on August 5, 2026. She wore a pale pink minidress with a handkerchief hemline. Temple used a silver palette to accessorize; she wore a silver choker necklace along with some bold silver platform sandals. The statement shoes really stole the show, and made Temple look several inches taller. She carried a sparkly silver and black soccer ball as a nice nod to "Ted Lasso," a very on-the-nose accessory. 

Juno Temple wore another pair of statement heels while walking in New York City on August 7, 2026. The English star wore a pink minidress with a ruffled hem and a matching pink purse. She completed the look with platform mule heels in an eye-catching magenta shade. The thick sole under the toes offset the extreme stiletto heel, giving Temple more stability than one would guess on first glance. She styled the sensational outfit with a pair of pink-tinted, Y2K-era shades. What a look. 

While Juno Temple loves a colorful wardrobe, the "Fargo" star can also swap things out for more neutral palettes. On October 21, 2024, while in New York City, Temple headed to "Late Night with Seth Meyers" in a black and white combo. She wore a black minidress with black tights and wore a white coat. While the tones were different for Temple, the heels were consistent. Temple wore towering black heels with an ankle strap to keep everything secure. 

Juno Temple joined her "Ted Lasso" cast mates at The Paley Museum in New York City on August 6, 2026, for an exclusive screening of the beloved soccer show. Temple wore a corset-style pink minidress with lime green platform heels that played off of the color scheme of a watermelon. The look was summery and fresh. She finished it off with a pill-shaped novelty clutch that read "Love 26mg." The look was quirky and fun. 

"Ted Lasso" stars Juno Temple and Hannah Waddingham showed their mutual love of shoes at the Season 4 premiere on August 4, 2026, in New York City. While Temple opted for silver platforms, Waddingham looked sleek in pointed-toe black heels. This is unsurprising because Waddingham loves all things beauty; for instance, Waddingham's skincare routine includes lots of beauty treatments (but no needles) to give her that incredible glow. Clearly, the women on "Ted Lasso" love their glam, heels included. 

Juno Temple shared a carousel of photos on Instagram on February 3, 2022, while promoting her biographical mini-series "The Offer." In the caption, she wrote, "So excited to start talking about this project and what a look to kick it off with." Temple's outfit was a medley of high fashion; she combined a Versace dress with a Fendi bag and some outrageous strappy platform sandals by Paris Texas. The vibrant, playful look was quintessentially Temple.

Even when Juno Temple isn't trying to show off her shoes, the shoes end up becoming the focus. On September 19, 2021, Temple posted a carousel of pics to Instagram with a party vibe. In one of the photos, Temple crouched down next to a dog and her red platform-heeled sandals eclipsed even the adorable canine. The red satin shoes popped next to Temple's sultry all-black outfit. 

Juno Temple has always been a shoe girl. As far back as March 2020, Temple was sharing heel moments with fans on social media. "[S]hoes so good I could eat them," she wrote in the caption, citing the luxury shoe brand Taylor + Thomas L.A. The shoes certainly were good, with a brown and gold snakeskin pattern and gold decals on the toes. Season 1 of "Ted Lasso" premiered on August 14, 2020, so this was shortly before Temple became a big star, but that star power was obviously there long before. 

Juno Temple switched things up when she attended the Gucci decor party at Maxfield boutique on November 16, 2017, in Los Angeles. She wore a much more preppy look than she would in the years to come; instead of a fitted minidress, Temple wore a long-sleeved turquoise dress with a white statement collar. While her fashion has evolved, her love of heels has remained the same. Temple rocked a pair of towering silver platform stilettos with ankle straps.

Impressively, Juno Temple doesn't save her heels for red carpet events. She wears impossibly-high heels even while running errands. On November 14, 2015, Temple was spotted in New York City wearing leopard print pants, a black coat and cranberry red platform heels while carrying brown shopping bags. The outing was proof that for a woman who loves heels, there's no occasion that's too casual to nix them. The heels didn't exactly look walkable, but Temple made them work.
