Spotted In London: Lori Loughlin Cements Her Divorce Glow-Up As One For The Ages

Lori Loughlin took a girls' trip to London in October 2026 and looked equal parts stunning and refreshed, proving how beautiful a divorce glow-up truly is. Based on the extensive carousel of photos that Loughlin dropped, it looks like she had a ball. The itinerary included loads of sightseeing, delicious treats, and time spent with friends. And the trip comes at a critical time for Loughlin.

In August 2025, she separated from her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, and just over one year later, filed for divorce on September 4, 2026. The couple were married for nearly 28 years and share two daughters: Isabella Rose and Olivia Jade, and the girls certainly take after their mother (pics of Olivia Jade prove that she stole Loughlin's face). Unfortunately, it was the strain around their daughters' college admissions scandal that is likely the reason for Loughlin and Giannulli's divorce. In 2020, the couple pleaded guilty to paying bribes to get their daughters into the University of Southern California. Giannulli served five months in prison while Loughlin served two, and the shame and stress around the scandal took a toll on their marriage. But since their split, Loughlin is glowing, and it looks as though much of that stress has melted away.

Clearly, Loughlin is feeling the sparkle of the viral phenomenon known as the divorce glow-up, and there might actually be something to it. In an interview with USA Today, licensed marriage and family psychotherapist Annie Wright said, "[A divorce glow-up] happens when a woman stops pouring her nervous system into managing someone else's emotional state." Makes sense to us. She continued, "The glow is really energy reclamation, the visible expression of an autonomic nervous system that finally got to rest." Cortisol levels drop, and divorcees look healthier and more at peace. However, Wright noted that this is more about a reduction in stress than the divorce itself. 

For Loughlin, it seems like she's in a better place and isn't shy to smile about it. Loughlin dressed for revenge several times since her separation, and she's also been spotted in a few stunning beauty moments since splitting with Giannulli. On her trip to London, Loughlin stunned in plenty of trendy outfits, and her best accessory was the bright smile she had on her face.
