"No matter how late your night, you better get in there and wash and moisturise before you go to bed." While Demi Moore keeps her skincare routine simple and consistent, she also acknowledges that self-care is more than just skin deep. "I don't have any super big secret, but I definitely think beauty starts on the inside," she said during a Goop panel, per W Magazine. "You can do anything you want to the outside, but if the inside isn't looking or feeling good, then I don't know if anything you do on the outside is going to be good enough."

"And I've come to realize how important sleep is. I mean, I'm not perfect. I still do drink Red Bull. I do love it. But not many. One."
