Since graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in meteorology in 2003, the New Jersey native has worked at television stations throughout Pennsylvania and New England before landing at NBC in New York City in 2012. Since then, Dreyer isn't only a regular on "Today," but she's covered the 2018 Winter Olympics and hosted the 2022 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
