Abraham Lincoln was one of the most amazing presidents we ever had and he was take away before his time by someone who disagreed with his views. He spoke about history when he said, "Fellow citizens, we cannot escape history. We, of this Congress and this administration, will be remembered in spite of ourselves. No personal significance, or insignificance, can spare one or another of us. The fiery trial through which we pass will light us down in honor or dishonor, to the latest generation." It is so interesting to see that he spoke about history while he was still alive and has still made such a huge impact on history since passing away.
