Omarosa Leaves White House Role, Escorted Off Premises

Former "Apprentice" star has resigned from her position in the White House. Acting as a political aide to President Trump, Omarosa Manigault-Newman resigned to "pursue other opportunities" claimed press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Her absence is not effective till January 20th, 2018, which marks the one year anniversary of Trump taking office.

"We wish her the best in future endeavors and are grateful for her service," added Sanders.

Drama In The WDC

It has been reported that there was some drama around Omarosa's departure. According to Buzzfeed, there had been rumblings an unhappy Omarosa and she became increasingly frustrated with how the Trump administration handled racially charged issues from Trump's sympathy with the white supremacists who marched in Charlottesville, leaving one counter-protester dead. According to friends, Omarosa was stressed being the only black staffer in certain White House meetings.

Bye Bye Trump

The news of Omarosa's exit might not be shocking to some. She joins the list of officials who have resigned or been fired from the Trump administration.
