Since When Does Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. Have Gray Hair?
When Did Bachelor Arie Get Gray Hair?
When we first saw our new Bachelor, Arie Luyendyk Jr. on Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette, his thick locks were a deep brown. Now, five years later, we couldn't help but notice that he looks a little... different. Not that we don't love a silver fox, but when did Bachelor Arie's hair turn gray?
We weren't the only ones who noticed that Arie's hair has aged. Twitter users have noticed as well — and they've been quick to make the comparison between Arie's new 'do and Peter Kraus' famous silver locks.
I'm not really a fan of Peter; I've always wanted Arie to be #TheBachelor. I have to say the gray hair was a surprise.— Kathie (@KatCo13z) September 7, 2017
When we said we wanted Peter as Bachelor we didnt mean "a wannabe Peter looking guy with gray hair" we really meant PETER KRAUS #TheBachelor— C' 卌 (@cam_lavictoire) September 7, 2017
*Peter won't be the Bachelor.— Sarah Sikora (@_SarahSikora) September 7, 2017
*Bachelor franchise desperately searches for a previous cast member with gray hair to replace him. https://t.co/yCNJOKY847
And people are here for Arie's gray hair!
Is it my eyes or Is that gray hair on Arie's head? Very sexy. #TheBachelor— Hilary Banks (@1broke_gal) September 7, 2017
In fairness, Arie is a professional race car driver, and we can only imagine that constantly driving at such high speeds, seeing other cars driving even faster and basically risking your life every time you go to work is a taxing way to live. That much stress is sure to age you quicker than if you were just hanging out all the time.
Still, since we love a man with a head of thick, shimmering hair, we need to get to the bottom of when Arie's hair turned gray. To do this, let's take a look back at Arie's hair journey from here...
