How To Make 3-Ingredient Muffins

These flourless 3-ingredient muffins will become a staple sweet in your home!

Let's be real -- we all love muffins. We love pastries, sweets, sugar and carbs BUT we definitely don't love the guilt we experience after chowing down on some cookies we just pulled out of the oven.

Today, we have a new kind of treat for you... and it's healthy!

First, you'll need a few ingredients and supplies to get started.


  • muffin tin
  • wisk
  • mixing bowl


  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 carton of raspberries
  • 1 can of PAM spray


  • preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • mash bananas
  • mix in wisked eggs
  • spray muffin tins with PAM
  • add a few berries to each muffin tin
  • pour banana/egg mixture on top
  • bake for 12 minutes
