1. In a study from University of Alberta, researchers discovered that red wine can benefit the body in the same way that exercise does.

The new research found that people who were incapable of exercise could improve the quality of their life and increase their lifespan by drinking red wine. The research doesn't necessarily encourage us those of us who can exercise to replace the two... but who wants to won't ruin the party with questions?
