Queen Letizia Is Subtly Embracing Her Gorgeous Gray Hair & We Love The Low-Effort Look
Queen Letizia has been on the Spanish throne since 2014 and, over the years, has established herself as a dutiful royal with a fashion sense that would put Kate Middleton's most eye-wateringly expensive red-carpet dresses to shame. But even blue-blooded royals are not immune to the effects of aging. Yet compared to Hollywood celebrities owning up to cosmetic tweaks and other procedures, Queen Letizia is completely unfazed by the prospect of aging. In fact, she is gracefully aging before our eyes, confidently baring her graying locks to the world.
As seen in the image above, gray has started to peek out from the royal monarch's roots, especially in the frontal area. Several strands of silver are visible among her sea of dark curls, and while hair dye could easily fix this problem, it's clear the graceful queen consort isn't bothered by them at all. "Spanish women are stylish because it's part of our culture," Spanish hairstylist Manuel Serranocerro exclusively shared with The Telegraph, before proudly adding, "We care about how we look, but we're not scared of aging." Queen Letizia continues to attend public events, all smiles and without a care as she embraces aging with grace.
Queen Letizia is the ultimate beauty template to follow
Queen Letizia is clearly unflappable in the face of aging, and this extends to her skin as well. And it appears that for this royal, simplicity is the best approach. The Spanish monarch's makeup looks have always been more pared down, so it's reasonable to assume that she isn't so keen on slapping on thick foundation or a super glam eye look. But whoever is in charge of doing the queen's makeup always ensures she looks utterly flawless, while letting her natural beauty shine. "With strategic makeup placement, the result is a more awake, youthful appearance that reads beautifully on camera," Dr. Levin of skincare clinic My Skin Ethics exclusively shared with the Daily Mail.
But it is evident that Queen Letizia also takes very good care of her skin. Based on the pictures above, the Spanish queen's skin is undeniably glowy and healthy, which Dr. Levin notes is the "hallmark of a well-curated regimen." The skincare specialist added, "When the skin's surface becomes more even and reflective, it naturally gives the impression of youthfulness and firmness. High-profile women increasingly lean into subtle treatments to look fresher without compromising their natural expression." And just like her graying locks, Queen Letizia isn't afraid of a couple of wrinkles, and that's something we can all admire.
