"High Potential" has been generating buzz across socials for its storyline and interesting cast chemistry.  While Morgan (played by Kaitlin Olson) and Karadec (played by Daniel Sunjata) aren't exactly an on-screen couple yet, fans are sucked into the looks of what could potentially be just as strongly as they would an actual on-screen couple. This also begs the question of who the real partners of the leading ladies of the show actually are.

On the show, Olson plays a single mom with a secret side hustle helping local law enforcement as a maid. Meanwhile, Sunjata plays a detective who works closely with Morgan on various cases. With the two spending so much time together on-screen, sparks have flown across the board, which has fueled chemistry rumors. 

While it's safe to say that there could be some chemistry brewing, fans are riding the wave of the momentum. "I ship them, but it HASSS to be a slow burn," one Reddit user commented on a thread in discussion about the duo. Another Reddit user mentioned how the French version of the show that this one is based on results in the leads becoming an item, so hope remains alive for the two to come together. The real-life partners of the leading ladies in TV's best sitcom couples have sparked continued curiosity on other shows as to who the cast is loving in real life. In the case of "High Potential", there is a wide range of relationship types, with many of the cast having real-life partners.

Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney could definitely be another couple that could be added to the five celebrity marriages we think will stand the test of time. Their origin story as a couple began in the 2000s after being co-stars on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". From there, the two got married in late 2008 and have since had two children. McElhenney and Olson are a strong example of a couple who are making it all work by learning to navigate a healthy relationship while raising children and pursuing professional endeavors. 

Their love has even been strong enough to withstand not celebrating Valentine's Day. In an interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in 2017, the actress revealed that her husband was adamant about them not celebrating the holiday, but he has since come around in recent years after wishing her a happy Valentine's Day in 2021 on Instagram. 

Chelsea Clinton's wedding was a wildly lavish event, and so was Javicia Leslie's. The "Catwoman" star married her beau, Nana-Yaw Asamoah, in April 2026 in the beautiful Riviera Maya in Mexico. Before long, they were falling deep in love and preparing to take things to the next level. Their honeymoon was celebrated in different parts of South Africa and Mauritius to enjoy the scenery and make new memories. Martial bliss is always the best happiness to channel on and off-screen, and Leslie can do just that.

Years removed from her emergence in the entertainment industry, actress Judy Reyes met her partner, George Valencia, during their time on set together for "Glow Ropes: The Rise and Fall of a Bar Mitzvah Emcee" in 2008. Shortly after, they celebrated the birth of their daughter Leila Rey Valencia in 2009 amidst filming "Scrubs".

As one of the younger castmates on "High Potential," actor Amirah J's role as Ava comes to life as she depicts a character who is a smart teenager who's fierce and moves on her own terms. Amirah J does the same in her own life as she navigates early adulthood. To date, it has not been reported that she's in a romantic relationship with anyone. However, it has been reported that she's close to fellow co-star Kaitlan Olson, who plays her mother on the show. 

In an interview with Cinema Blend, J shared a moment she shared with Olson. "Me and Kaitlin had this very emotional scene where I didn't want to leave her to walk Tom out, and I was scared to leave my mom. Before we started filming, she just grabbed my hands and just kind of took some deep breaths with me,"  Amirah J told the interviewer. "And that was something that stuck with me, just because it showed me that nothing else matters ... And I thought that was the sweetest moment." While the focus may not be romantic love right now, it's great to know that she's still receiving love on and off-screen.
