"Landman"'s leading ladies Ali Larter and Michelle Randolph had jaws on the floor at "The Icons of Taylor Sheridan's Universe" event on April 22. While posing alongside "The Madison" star Beau Garrett and "Lioness" actors Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman, the pair stole the show with their high-fashion looks. They made a serious case for satin dresses, which already looked poised to be the next big trend after the semi-shiny material was all over the BAFTA red carpet in February. They showed us two very different ways to rock a satin dress though.

Larter opted for a sophisticated, strapless, olive-green midi dress with daring snakeskin-print, open toe heels. Animal print was a huge fall 2025 heel trend, and Larter's footwear demonstrated why the feisty vibe should stick around for spring/summer 2026. Her chic ensemble would make the perfect wedding guest ensemble in the warmer months, and, luckily, it's not too hard to steal her vibe. The former "Heroes" star's dress can be recreated via the ZTMZA Satin Strapless Dress in A Green or the Realtix Satin Silk Maxi Dress in Olive. Pair either with epiluta's Snakeskin Kitten Heels or the Amazon Essentials Crossover Block Heeled Mules in Multi Faux Snake Skin.

Randolph's dark silver, lingerie-inspired slip dress (one of spring and summer 2026's hottest dress trends) put a flirtier twist on the satin aesthetic. She paired the sultry number with dark brown, satin, open toe heels, and her youthful outfit is just as easy to recreate for warm nights out with the girls or a fun date night. Try the Uknztcl Square Neck Satin Short Dress in Gray or the SoDigne Corset Satin Mini Dress in Grey with either the Satin Slingback Peep Toes from Fuazuzu Store in Brown or the QDKIGJLSEN Satin Stiletto Bow Sandals in Dark Brown.

Both Ali Larter and Michelle Randolph take fashion seriously and have a penchant for '90s styles

It's no surprise Ali Larter and Michelle Randolph held their own in the fashion stakes while snapping photos alongside their fellow actors, because these two take dressing well seriously. Last year, Larter told WWD she'd been working with stylist Jeanann Williams on her press tour 'fits for the second season of the Paramount+ series. "She really knows how to dial in on who I am and what I feel comfortable in. I love the late '90s Calvin Klein. That's the essence of what I love in style," she said. "I'm not someone who likes to be overly crafted. A looser vibe is more my style, so it's finding a way to clean that up enough that it's red carpet appropriate," Larter, who often shows her killer legs in stunning outfits, added.

Randolph (who you won't recognize with brown hair) has also been making major fashion waves amid the success of the western drama. She told L'Officiel last year that she too is a fan of '90s-inspired looks. "Like all the straps and loose-fitting clothes and dresses. That's what I feel most confident in, and I don't like anything too fussy or styled," she explained. That makes sense considering her "The Icons of Taylor Sheridan's Universe" slip dress was so '90s coded, while her loose waves helped give her an effortlessly stylish aesthetic.
