Side-By-Side Pics Of Heather Graham Hint At Her Face Tweaks

Heather Graham has been a mainstay of Hollywood since her breakout role in the 1989 Gus Van Sant classic "Drugstore Cowboy." Since then, she has been mega busy, which accounts for, at least in part, why Graham is unapologetically childless by choice. On March 30, 2026, Graham jumped on Instagram to announce that she was joining the cast of the fourth instalment of Mike White's "The White Lotus," so there's no slowing down for this gal. With over three decades in the spotlight — and a career that continues to thrive — it also makes perfect sense that Graham's face has changed over time. She still looks amazing, but signs of aging have created subtle shifts, as they would for anyone.

As seen in the first picture above, at the premiere of "The Guru" in 2003, Graham wore minimal makeup. Her skin looked glowing with youthful, full lips. Fast forward to March 2026 at the SiriusXM Front Row for Graham's film "They Will Kill You," and she still looks incredible, but there are distinct differences. Graham showed signs of aging around her eyes, while her eyebrows were much more arched. Graham's makeup is also much heavier in 2026, with a dark liner around her eyes and a heavier brow tone that made her look more severe. But Graham's impressively smooth forehead and taut skin around her cheeks indicates that she's very likely made some facial tweaks to keep things looking so youthful.

Heather Graham said that her goal is to look natural

Heather Graham isn't shy about sharing her beauty secrets and how she's been able to stay looking so fresh and youthful. But Graham also has her limits. "I've never had an actual operation where they're cutting my face open," Graham told Us Weekly in March 2026. "But I've tried microneedling, Botox ... and a bunch of lasery things." In fact, Graham is a good source for those inquisitive about new procedures. She told Us Weekly that she tried Ultherapy, a micro-focused ultrasound, plus Thermage, a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment, as well as Sofwave and Morpheus8. There's no shortage of things she's tried, which explains why she looks so good.

"I don't want to look freaky," Graham added. "My goal is to look natural." With that in mind, she shared that she used to get filler, but has avoided it in recent years, opting instead for laser treatments. Besides that, healthy eating, lots of sleep, and consistent yoga practice keeps Graham both centered internally and looking great externally. All of this care and dedication certainly justifies her casting in "The White Lotus," and Graham will undeniably slay in her role. It's sure to be aesthetically enriching too, since the show is so sumptuous. There are "White Lotus" looks to recreate for your next vacation. Plus, the cast tends to be so attractive. For instance, Mook from "The White Lotus" is even more gorgeous in real life, so Graham will fit right in.
