Kelly revealed that she uses EmFace and EmSculpt — procedures involving electromagnetic energy — to keep her skin tight. "I'm halfway through my four face sessions, and I'm noticing such a huge difference already," she told People in 2024. The celeb also shouted out Dermalogica's face and eye cream back in 2007, telling Elle that she occasionally used the product to remove her makeup. With all this in mind, it's not a huge surprise that Kelly is such a stunner going makeup-free.

It's likely that the TV personality was more prone to going makeup-free at such a young age, but the sweet throwback foreshadows what an absolute beauty she'd grow up to be.
