Jenny McCarthy has admitted to having cosmetic procedures, using anti-aging treatments like injectables and AirSculpt, as well as breast augmentation. "I think plastic surgery is fun if it makes you feel good," McCarthy said. "I love Botox. I absolutely love it. I get it minimally so I can still move my face. But I really do think it's a savior."

In side-by-side photos of McCarthy from 1994 and 2025, the transformation is evident. The star, who turned 53 on November 1, 2025, appears to have wrinkle-free skin and plump lips. While her blond hair remained consistent through the years, her makeup routine has evolved. Her eyebrows are fuller and she seems to be a fan of false lashes. On top of that, her lifted appearance points to tightening procedures. "Jenny McCarthy is a great example of how to maintain your looks over the years," aesthetic injector Kristina Kitsos told RadarOnline.com. "In my opinion, she has had facial fillers done in her jaw line, cheeks, and mid face." "I had one infection that turned into another and another, and then I had these growths show up on my eyeballs," McCarthy told People. She's even taken anti-aging measures with her hands; using AirSculpt, McCarthy had fat transferred from her abdomen and put into her hands to counteract the aging appearance of bony, thin hands. It's certainly a year of transformation, and not just in McCarthy.
