Marjorie Taylor Greene's Massive Transformation Can't Be Denied In These Side-By-Side Pics

Though it may seem surprising to some, Marjorie Taylor Greene doesn't like the plastic surgery trends that have taken over Donald Trump's inner circle. "I never liked the Maga Mar-a-Lago sexualisation," the representative told The New York Times Magazine. "I have two daughters, and I've always been uncomfortable with how those women puff up their lips and enlarge their breasts. I've never spoken about it publicly, but I've been planning to." Better known as the Mar-A-Lago face, the plastic surgery trend took the MAGA movement by storm, featuring exaggerated, artificial facial features like big lips, huge lashes, and oversized blowouts. Many notable members of the movement have followed suit. Kristi Noem's face transformation is a sight to see, while side-by-side pictures of Karoline Leavitt highlight her Mar-A-Lago face transformation. There's no shortage of plastic surgery amongst the group.

However, Greene has followed a slightly different path; her change isn't as drastic as some of the others in Trump's inner circle, but she still looks very different from her younger days. As seen in a throwback photo of Greene from high school, the representative used to sport a shaggier, shorter cut — which was very trendy at the time. As she emerged on the political landscape decades later, she opted for bleach blond hair worn in longer, looser layers. As an adult, Greene clearly loves being tanned, so she has that in common with the Mar-A-Lago circle, but plastic surgery rumors don't haunt her like they do many of the other women in the MAGA crew.

Marjorie Taylor Greene dissed plastic surgery on Instagram

Marjorie Taylor Greene is one of the few women famously affiliated with MAGA who isn't interested in plastic surgery transformations or a complicated glam routine. Beyond the fact that Greene has a long list of unfortunate makeup mistakes, there's not much available information about her beauty routine. Clearly, she doesn't get it right all the time. In fact, Greene's glam has become something of an internet sensation, with drag queen @and_mayhem_ensued creating a mock makeup tutorial of Greene's look on TikTok. So the fact that she's getting teased online shows that Greene hasn't exactly perfected her glam.

On top of that, Greene has publicly shot back at the plastic surgery culture, emphasizing her background in CrossFit; she became a trainer in 2011. It al happened because she and Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett got into an altercation in 2024 during a House Oversight Committee; Greene insulted Crockett, saying her eyelashes were getting in the way of her reading comprehension. Crockett shot back, calling Greene's physique a "bleach-blonde, bad-built butch body." The insult struck a nerve with Greene, and she jumped on Instagram in May 2024 to share a video of her lifting. "Yes my body is built and strong. NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle," she wrote in the caption. Clearly, Greene never aligned with the MAGA movement's interest in plastic surgery, instead focusing on lifting and workouts to create her specific look, defending that choice on social media.
