Side-By-Side Pics Of Kylie Jenner's Face Transformation Are Jarring

It's no secret that Kylie Jenner has undergone an incredible transformation since her days as a blue haired teenager, but one of the most notable changes has been to her face. Side-by-side photos of her from the mid 2010s up against snaps from 2025 make her look virtually unrecognizable. However, unlike many reality stars, Jenner has opened up about getting work done, particularly on her lips. "I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I don't regret it," Jenner told Homme Girls in May 2023.

It's no wonder that Jenner looks back fondly at her lip procedure. As a teenager, she launched Kylie Cosmetics, beginning with her iconic lip kits, before expanding to sell other products like blush and body mist. Had her fascination with larger lips not been a part of her focus, the brand might never have taken off to include all kinds of makeup and skincare products. 

Jenner's made her fair share of makeup mistakes, but that's part of the journey as a makeup lover. In fact, Jenner credits makeup with much of her face transformation. "[People] don't understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do," she told PAPER in February 2019. While she claims it's largely makeup, there's more to it. 

Despite her dramatic transformation, Kylie Jenner has irrefutably denied rumors that she's had her entire face changed. "People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false," she told PAPER. However, she did admit to getting fillers and, of course, getting her lips done. Proving influential as a beauty mogul, her big pout took off, turning out to be one of the many trends that Jenner made popular. For Jenner, the insistence on denying major facial surgery exists because it counteracts the narrative that she struggles with self-confidence. "I think a big misconception about me is that I've had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn't!" she told Homme Girls. 

While she doesn't have a lot of regret about other procedures, there is one plastic surgery factor that Jenner has expressed regret about, and that was the timing of her boob job. She had her breasts done when she was 19, before her two children were born. "I wish I never got them done to begin with," Jenner expressed, per People. "[I] recommend anyone thinking about it to wait after children." While Jenner carries that one regret with her, the rest of her face transformation seems to be a decision she's very happy with.
