Before And After Pics Of Brittany Mahomes' Lip Filler Shows Just How Much It Transforms Her Face

There's no denying that Brittany Mahomes looks like a different person without her signature lip fillers. The NFL wife to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has never been secretive about this. Back in 2023, when fans asked her about her life during an Instagram Q&A (via The Kansas City Star), someone wanted to know what her favorite cosmetic procedure was. "Filler in my lips," Brittany responded declaratively. Clearly, it's an important part of her beauty regimen, and one with a big impact. Her fuller lips completely transform her face. 

Mahomes certainly isn't alone. One survey by SkinWorks estimated that in 2023, over 1.4 million people in the U.S. received some sort of lip enhancing procedure. Many who opt for the procedure cite that having fuller lips allows them to get away with wearing less product. This partially explains why Mahomes looks flawless even when she's makeup-free, though her smooth complexion certainly helps, too.

That said, there's no denying the WAG loves a glam moment, and most of the time, they're flattering and fabulous on her. Of course, there have been a few exceptions. For instance, Brittany sported a dramatic game day makeup look that she should have left in 2016. But it's safe to say, Brittany has evolved her look over the years, and her lip filler is one of the most evident changes. 

Brittany Mahomes has clearly changed some things about her face, as she has every right to do. In 2018, at a Kansas City Chiefs game, she smiled with a red hat on featuring husband Patrick Mahomes' number, and it's evident at this point that she hasn't started getting lip injections. Her smile is more natural looking with thinner lips and eyebrows distinct to that era. When she attended the Time 100 Gala in 2024, she had a whole different look going. Her lips were notably fuller, both on the top and the bottom. In fact, her whole smile looked slightly different. 

On Instagram, Renew Laser and Aesthetic Medicine posted a comparison video, speculating at what procedures Mahomes had done. It's important to note that while the NFL WAG has admitted to enjoying her lip filler, she hasn't commented on other procedures, so this is simply conjecture. The post hypothesized that in addition to filler, she may have had a lip flip, a cosmetic procedure using Botox that prevents the lips from curling inward when one smiles. Brittany's fuller lips are certainly attention-grabbing, and help to emphasize her smile. And judging from her energetic presence at her husband's games, Brittany loves to smile. So why not amplify it? We support whatever decisions she wants to make.
