Christina Haack's Face Has Totally Transformed Since Her HGTV Debut

While Christina Haack remains an absolute stunner, her face looks remarkably different from her earliest appearances on HGTV. When "Flip or Flop" first aired, way back in April 2013, Haack was a new mom, earning her chops as a designer. Take a glance at photos from that era compared to now, and it's easy to see that Haack looked so different during her HGTV premiere. Once noticeable difference? She wore her hair much shorter, in a single tone of platinum blond. Her makeup was also simpler, while her style was unfussy and practical, an important choice considering that she and then-husband, Tarek El Moussa, were taking on tough projects. Post 2020, Haack's signature style is very glamorous and completely different from those early years.

A lot of things have changed. For one, Haack has undergone a major hair transformation. Her glam has also become noticeably more sophisticated. But the evolution goes beyond modifying her routine. It's not unfounded to speculate whether or not Christina has gotten plastic surgery and, in fact, she's responded to some of those questions. While the tv star has been frank about certain procedures, there are some difference in her face that are impossible to not notice.

Christina Haack's face is perfect then and now... but there are subtle changes

While Christina Haack looked vibrant and fresh in her first appearance on "Flip or Flop" back in 2013, her face as of 2025 looks like she is always ready for a red carpet. Her eyes don't appear as hooded as they used to, making them appear more open and youthful. While this could come from makeup and false lashes, people remove excess eyelid skin through an upper blepharoplasty, though Haack hasn't confirmed this. Her teeth also look more uniform now, so there's a chance she got dental veneers. Her cheeks have maintained volume, and so it's possible that she maintained the youthful fullness in her face through dermal fillers. Her lips, particularly her upper lip, is fuller, too, pointing to the possibility of lip filler. Other changes come from Haack's savvy use of hair and makeup styling. Her brows are fuller, she uses makeup more strategically, and she wears hair extensions, all of which are changes from 2013.

Haack has been open about a few treatments. In July 2023, while speaking with People about her upcoming 40th birthday, Haack joked: "Nothing a little Botox can't fix." So it's likely that she's kept her skin firm and wrinkle-free thanks to Botox. Haack also opened up about a treatment gone wrong. In December 2022, she shared a story on Instagram about having a bad reaction to under-eye filler. "In April I had a reaction to under eye filler. Super swollen and it wouldn't go down with time," she wrote, noting that she had it dissolved.
