Ivanka Trump's Face Has Changed Drastically Over The Years

There's no denying that something's different about Ivanka Trump's face. Thanks to "growing up Trump," Ivanka has been in the spotlight since she was a kid, meaning there's photographic documentation of her at every age. Her pre-teen and teenage years show Ivanka's cherubic face with round cheeks and pouty lips. She grew up to become a model, a business woman, and later an advisor to her dad Donald Trump during his first term as president. Throughout this arc, Ivanka's face has completely changed, and many speculate she's had work done. 

It's no surprise that Ivanka looks different after years in the public eye. Many women in Trump's world undergo surgical transformations, so much so that there's even a plastic surgery trend called Mar-A-Lago face to describe the particular look of Trump-adjacent women. While the changes to Ivanka's face are much more subtle, there's no denying she looks different. 

Her stepmom, Melania Trump, is another woman who looks completely different compared to her early years in the spotlight. It's a Trump thing. Speculation around Ivanka's changed face include rumors of a rhinoplasty — and if you're thinking about a nose job, there's a lot to know before taking the plunge — in addition to buccal fat removal, cheek filler, lip injections, and even a jaw implant. But whatever Ivanka is doing, it's clearly working. 

Ivanka Trump has never commented on whether or not she's had plastic surgery, but photos point to "yes." Plastic surgeon Gary Motykie told Express U.S. that judging from Ivanka's transformed face, she's likely had work done on her nose to make the ridge more narrow, as well as on her chin to add symmetry to her face. "I think she's had at least one rhinoplasty, if not two, and it looks like she did some sort of chin augmentation when she was younger," Motykie said. He speculated that Ivanka's spent around $50,000 on facial surgery, and another $80,000 on veneers, as her teeth are overly white and perfect. 

Meanwhile, plastic surgeon Ross Kopelman broke Ivanka's whole look down on YouTube, also speculating that Ivanka's had two rhinoplasties, as well as a chin implant. In addition, Kopelman hypothesized that Ivanka had buccal fat removal in her cheeks, because her face became much more angular around 2016, when her father Donald Trump stepped into the political arena. He also guessed that Ivanka's gotten Botox, cheek filler, and even lip filler. While she always had full lips, lips become thinner as people age, Kopelman said. However, Ivanka's have stayed full and plump, leading Kopelman to believe she's had work done on those, too.
