Christina Haack And Heather Rae El Moussa's Close-Knit Friendship Is Co-Parenting Done Right

In many cases, exes and new partners in blended families can struggle to get along. But Tarek El Moussa's ex-wife Christina Haack and his current partner Heather Rae El Moussa have not only formed a strong co-parenting bond, they've also created a friendship. The close-knit connection between the two women is inspiration for co-parents everywhere, as they have united in mutual support of the children they're raising together.

Christina Haack was married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018, and the two share daughter Taylor El Moussa and son Brayden El Moussa. After they split, Tarek and Heather got married, later welcoming son Tristan. Meanwhile, Christina went on to marry Ant Anstead, and they welcomed son Hudson. Christina has been open about her fertility journey, and revealed that she didn't expect to be able to conceive her third child, so Hudson was a miracle and surprise. 

Christina has also been open about her relationships, including her most recent marriage to Josh Hall in 2022, which ended in divorce in 2024. Thanks to Christina, we've learned red flags to avoid in relationships, although her divorce from Tarek also led to her friendship with Heather, a bond we love to see. Co-parenting requires all the adults involved to work together to raise children, as divorced couples and new partners navigate different parenting styles amidst new relationship dynamics. For Christina and Heather, the experience has proven to be a rewarding one.

The friendship between Christina Haack and Heather Rae El Moussa wasn't without its early bumps. The two got into a verbal altercation at a kids soccer game in May 2022. According to E! News, the conflict was around co-parenting. Christina felt that Heather overstepped as a step-mom, while Heather felt that Christina didn't respect her in her new role. 

Since then, the two have come a long way. On Instagram, the two women document now their many shared shenanigans. "What happens in Vegas... ends up on Instagram," Heather wrote in a caption on July 21, 2025, Instagram post. "Quick 24 hour trip to Vegas with the crew to celebrate Christina's birthday!!" The post captured Heather and hubby Tarek El Moussa, alongside Christina and her current partner, Christopher Larocca. This is just one of many events the two women have enjoyed together, not to mention the friendly relationship between Christina and Tarek, a celeb couple giving all the divorce goals. 

The fact that Christina and Heather are close means that co-parenting becomes that much easier. It takes stress out of the situation, and makes for a more peaceful environment for everyone. "I can't explain how much I love that they all get along. Honestly, as a kid of divorce, I would have given anything for all 4 of my parents to get along," a fan commented on one of their many shared posts. "Family goals. Well done to you all for putting your kiddos first and maintaining such healthy relationships," another added.
