Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner's Daughter Violet Affleck Has Had A Stunning Height Transformation

You have to see Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's daughter Violet Affleck's dramatic height transformation. We first suspected the eldest daughter of the former couple would grow up to be tall in 2018 when she proudly posed alongside her mom and other family members at Garner's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. Violet was only 12 at the time, but was already getting close to equaling the "Alias" star's height. The top of her head almost met Garner's chin, which was particularly impressive considering Garner stands at 5-foot-8-inches. The pre-teen was also coming close to the height of some of her other family members.

It wasn't just Affleck and Garner's eldest who had shot up, though. Her younger sister, Seraphina Affleck, who was 9, was only a couple of inches shorter than her, and their brother, Samuel Affleck, who was 6, was quickly catching up. But nothing could prepare us for how tall Violet would become before she even left her teens.

Fast-forward to May 2024, and Violet had not only hit her mom's height, she'd surpassed it. Candid photos showed 18-year-old Violet and Garner out in Los Angeles and confirmed that Violet was officially taller than her mom by at least a couple of inches. High heels can't be blamed for the youngster's height transformation either, as both were wearing sneakers (though the teen's did have a slight platform).

Jennifer Garner wasn't the only parent Violet Affleck outgrew, though. She wasn't quite as tall as her famous dad — who's around 6-foot-3-inches — in summer 2022, but she was snapped with Ben Affleck and his then-wife Jennifer Lopez (whose divorce we explained with astrology), and was clearly taller than her stepmom. Even more impressive? J-Lo seemed to be in heels.

But while her drastic height evolution caused a stir, it's Violet's stunning life transformation that's most impressive. She's grown, literally and figuratively, into a gorgeous and intelligent young woman. In July 2024, the tall beauty spoke at an LA County Board of Supervisors event about COVID-19 and the importance of masks. "It stands to exacerbate our homelessness crisis, as well as the suffering of many people in our city. It hits communities of color, disabled people, elderly people, trans people, and anyone in a public-facing essential job the hardest," she eloquently explained.

Garner, who got real about the career implications of pregnancy and motherhood, proudly celebrated her daughter a few weeks before her impassioned speech. The actor shared photos and a video of herself crying over Violet's high school graduation on Instagram, writing, "Tell me you have a graduate without telling me you have a graduate." After that, Violet began studying at the prestigious Yale University and penned a piece for The Yale Global Health Review about the pandemic. Ben seemingly gave an insight into what she's studying on "Today" the following year. "My daughter is a student of Spanish and often competes with me. She will tell me that hers is better than mine," he said. We love that Violet is growing not just physically, but is expanding her knowledge too.
