Dua Lipa Is The Undisputed Queen Of A Leggy Look

When it comes to celebrity fashion, no one serves leg like Dua Lipa. The pop star has proudly showed her stems everywhere from the street, to the stage, red carpet, and social media. Every time, she leaves us mesmerized. As iHeartRadio put it on X, formerly known as Twitter, "Dua's legs = as long as the drive-thru line at Chipotle." But not only are her legs long, they're also super toned. Just like Jennifer Lopez, who has also worn plenty of outfits that show her own killer legs, Lipa works hard to keep her legs in top shape.

"I try and work out as much as I can," Lipa told Viva. "I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day," she said. The "Training Season" hitmaker also told Refinery29 she tries to work out every morning around 8:30 a.m., and is a fan of Pilates, yoga, and strength training (she also gets her steps in by walking her dog). Lipa shared a few other of her go-to exercises too, saying, "Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right."

When Dua Lipa celebrated her 29th birthday in 2024, she gave us the present. The beauty posted a series of Instagram photos showing her acing the sheer clothing trend that had been around since 2023 in a nude and red number over unexpected black underwear. The dress featured an almost hip-high slit that showed off her legs, which were super tan, in a serious way. "Beautiful on the inside & out!" one person commented on the snaps.

Dua Lipa showed the results of her workouts in a behind the scenes shot from her "Handlebars" music video shared to Instagram. The singer leaned back on a giant blue ball and let her long pins dangle over the side while wearing risqué white lingerie with several large embellishments dangling from her torso. She highlighted her limbs further via her pointed, metallic heels, which made them look even longer and more muscular.

For the 2020 American Music Awards, Dua Lipa opted for a fun, white, sea life-inspired mini dress that featured embellished starfish and shells and a pink, ruffled edge. The glam garment finished well above her knee and looked great with the barely there, open-toe, shiny silver heels.

When Dua Lipa performed at the 2018 Brit Awards, she proved she was ready to put her legs to work. She wore a high-cut, multicolored bodysuit with another sea-inspired print that sat so high on her hip it exposed the edges of her underwear. The outfit made sense given how much choreography the star would perform that evening. She added fishnet tights that matched her skin tone and a matching jacket, and kept things comfortable in black-and-white, lace-up sneakers. But even without heels, which are infamous for highlighting our pins, her legs still looked incredibly toned. 

Clearly, Dua Lipa loves a leggy look at the Brit Awards. The year after she wore her leg-baring bodysuit, she showed her limbs again at the British award show in a strapless minidress that hit just below where her fingertips would land. The blue, velvet number was super short and adorned with silver stars, but it really made a statement via the large bow on her back. Lipa accentuated her bottom half via super high, gold platform shoes, which made her tan stems look even longer. Aside from mesmerizing us with her fashion choice that evening, she also proved she's a celebrity who's mastered the wet hair look, with her tresses neatly slicked back behind her head.

Dua Lipa gave us major "Barbie" vibes at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards – and her legs looked just as long as the plastic doll's. On the red carpet, the blond bobbed star wowed in an immensely sparkly, pink mini dress with pointed-toe pumps. Her glam shoes perfectly matched her fun and flirty ensemble and ensured she flaunted almost every inch of her tall stems, which had a gorgeous, tan glow (likely thanks to shimmery body makeup to help her muscles pop).

Who said leggy looks can't include tall boots and hosiery? Not Dua Lipa! She gave us leg goals again at the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony when she showed us how to put our pins on display without showing an excess of skin. The "Levitating" singer wore a black, leather-look dress with slits on both sides that stretched past her hips. She paired it with knee-high, block heel boots, but because the dress was cut so high, she still showed plenty of leg.

While attending a party in London in 2021, Dua Lipa's spicy ensemble showed almost the entirety of her legs. Her reflective outfit included a green top and a purple microskirt with a slit on the left hip, held together by stylish, oversized safety pins. She added green heels with an ankle strap, which complimented her enviable tan. This look had one X fan declare, "The category is legs and dua lipa is obviously winning." Hear, hear.
