As a former news anchor, Tamron Hall is used to spending time in the makeup chair to get ready for broadcasts and has no issue with getting glam."I'm from Texas, so we're kind of born doing our own makeup," she once joked to Harper's Bazaar. But the newscaster's love for cosmetics doesn't mean she feels uncomfortable being in front of the camera with a bare face.
Hall showed us how beautiful she is without makeup in a sweet Instagram video recorded on Christmas morning 2023 in Jamaica. In the video, she can be seen with her hair pulled back under a black-and-white headband, with her gorgeous, glowing skin on display. Hall told fans as she showed her light, manicured brows and hydrated lips, "This is the real me, real morning, in real time." Fans appreciated seeing her au naturel, as one of her followers commented, "love you for being so real." Another sweetly wrote "The Tamron Hall Show" host, "You truly know a woman is beautiful when she glows without makeup!"
Then, for a 2024 TikTok, the fresh-faced stunner was completely makeup-free again as she walked fans through her morning routine before a day promoting her book, "Watch Where They Hide." Hall looked as stunning as her former "Today" co-workers without makeup as she addressed the camera with a moisturized and smooth complexion with no blemishes or dry patches in sight. Hall then revealed a couple of the products she uses to keep her skin so clear, which include the Dr. Barbara Sturm Clarifying Mask followed by Sunday Riley's C.E.O. 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum. The star had a hint of dark circles under her eyes, which can easily be camouflaged using the genius orange concealer hack.
Tamron Hall knows the importance of adapting her skincare routine
Tamron Hall clearly knows the importance of taking care of her skin, particularly after wearing so much makeup for her job. Part of that process includes adapting the products she uses to suit her specific needs. "My skin routine is determined by any issues I see developing. I wear makeup under the bright studio lights for hours, so I try to stay in tune with my skin, recognizing that each day can bring a new focus," she told Good Gear. Hall also swears by regular face masks. "I truly believe in masking every single day," she told Harper's Bazaar, admitting she's been known to walk the streets of the Big Apple with one applied. The star's dedication to the beauty products came from some advice she was once given by a salon owner. "She said to me, 'Don't you splurge on anything before you buy a mask that you love for your skin. It doesn't need to be super expensive, but it does need to be moisturizing,'" Hall said.
When it's time to get glam, though, Hall has a few favorite items, too. The talk show host told "Today" her go-to products include Eve Pearl HD's Dual Foundation and Bobbi Brown Sheer Finish Pressed Powder, which puts her in royal company because Bobbi Brown beauty products are also a favorite of Kate Middleton.
