Black Chrome Nails Are The Trendiest Winter 2024 Manicure

But while those brighter, festive shades are expected during the season with Christmas and New Year's, curiously, black manicures have been heating up as the temperature plummets. Now, there's a twist on the dark nail look that's been dominating in salons: Black chrome nails. Plenty of celebs having rocked this glamorous and noir take on the shimmery, metallic manicure, including the likes of Kourtney Kardashian Barker. Nail artist Kim Truong showed off the reality star rocking the trend during a photo shoot on her Instagram page, pointing out the two polishes used to achieve it.

One thing you should know about black chrome nails? There certainly isn't only the one way to do them. In fact, there are multiple ways to rock the black chrome look that go far beyond a black polish with a chrome powder on top.
