"Soap nails are essentially a very well-manicured nail," nail expert Lou Stokes exclusively detailed to Harper's Bazaar, before continuing, "in creamy milky tones or soft pink shades with semi-sheer, neutral coverage that emulates that clean, fresh and glossy feeling." And paired with Dion's gorgeous strapless black gown and eye-popping necklace, it was certainly the right choice to go for understated nails.
