Leslie Mann has been in Hollywood for decades, making it big in comedies like "Knocked Up" and "This Is 40". But the combination of raising a family and juggling a busy work schedule doesn't stop Mann from taking care of herself. In fact, she recently revealed that she's found another, more entertaining way to keep her body active, and it's quite unconventional. In an exclusive interview with Parade, the comedic actor shared that she's taken up roller skating, and it's the perfect workout for older women.

"I bought roller skates and then just obsessively started roller-skating. It was one of the only things that made me feel better," Mann told the publication before adding, "I was just trying to learn how to do something with my brain and my body connected, and it's really hard." A far cry from regular workouts like running or Pilates, roller skating is a great, low-impact way to get into exercising in your 50s and beyond. And it seems to be paying off for Mann.

Leslie Mann is also devoted to taking care of her skin

Aside from taking serious care of her physical health, Leslie Mann is also all about a rigorous skincare routine. And she's not cutting it down for anything. The "Big Daddy" star proudly admitted to the world that she probably has too many skincare products, but since they work, it's nothing to be ashamed of. Mann detailed that she never forgets to put on toner and that she's a huge proponent of Beautycounter's Counter+ Overnight Resurfacing Peel to exfoliate her skin.

Being such a skincare devotee, it's no surprise that Mann prefers to let her skin shine through when wearing makeup. "I don't usually wear foundation, but I do like the Ilia Serum. It just looks like skin," the star shared in an exclusive sit-down with Marie Claire. It certainly fits with the tips in our guide for what to look for in a foundation for mature skin, as it's all about natural coverage without looking too heavy. And it's clear that for Leslie Mann, roller skates, good skincare, and sheer makeup are more than enough to look and feel her best.
