Meghan Markle Loves This Anti-Aging Practice —though She Admits It Might Seem Silly

"I do facial exercises from one of my favorite aestheticians, Nichola Joss, who basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out," Markle exclusively shared with Birchbox, per Prevention, "I swear it works, as silly as you may feel." But Markle swears by this facial massage, gushing at the fact that it always leaves her face looking slimmer. The Duchess went into further detail and revealed that Joss' revolutionary facial massage has to be performed "from inside your mouth." If this strange method has the Duchess of Sussex herself raving about it, then it's well worth a try.

Whenever Meghan Markle steps out for a public event, there can be no denying that she looks amazing. Thankfully, her makeup artist, Daniel Martin, was more than willing to reveal the products he used on the royal in an exclusive sit-down with Vanity Fair. "I actually mixed the Tatcha Longevity serum in with the foundation, and I think that added another layer of radiance to her makeup," he stated to the publication. 

But Daniel Martin doesn't just stop at perfecting Markle's complexion. Martin revealed his favorite products to use on Markle are Tom Ford's Iconic Nude lipstick, as well as a mascara by Mac Studios. And based on pictures of the "As Ever" entrepreneur, Markle's beauty looks have always leaned towards simple and clean. Yet the Duchess herself added that looking your best involves more than just skincare and makeup, and has publicly championed for a cleaner, healthier lifestyle.
