Martha Stewart's New Rose Gold Hair Is The Perfect Inspo Older Women Need For A Change

Martha Stewart is an unstoppable force in entertainment, a homemaking aficionado doubling as a sharp businesswoman who crafted her own multimedia empire. And while Martha Stewart's style has completely transformed through the years, a recent Instagram post revealed that her 80s may be Martha Stewart's best decade yet. Posted by hairstylist-to-the-stars Chris Appleton, the short clip unveiled the television personality's stunning hair transformation that'd be perfect for older women to emulate.

With Madonna's "Vogue" blaring in the background, the cooking host swapped her silver-blonde hair for soft rose gold locks. As seen in the image above, the color suits Stewart very well. In fact, the shade softens her features and makes her look younger. "Obsessed!!!!" an Instagram user gushed, along with several heart emojis. "Love the color," commented another. You might not think it, but "The Martha Stewart Show" host proved that older women could rock this dreamy shade, and that it doesn't hurt to go against the grain once in a while.

Martha Stewart doesn't let aging stop her from exploring different hairstyles

Prior to committing to pink hair, Martha Stewart has shown how adventurous she can be when it comes to exploring different hairstyles. As seen in this Instagram Reel, the entrepreneur went to Chris Appleton for another change months before. This time she went for a layered cut, with her hair dyed a chocolate brown with ash-blonde highlights. You would think that this look is more ideal for younger women, but Stewart showed that that is just not the case, serving up yet more hairstyle inspo for older women looking for a change.

And Stewart's perception on age and aging is something that everyone should take note of, too. "85 is just a number," the accomplished writer exclusively shared with People as she referenced her age. "That's all I consider it." With such a mindset, it's no wonder Stewart is so confident in her choices, and switches hairstyles and shades without blinking. It shows that getting older doesn't preclude you from making daring beauty choices, and you shouldn't let anyone convince you otherwise.
