Pamela Anderson's Favorite Hobby Is The Perfect Stress-Free Workout For Older Women
Looking at Pamela Anderson's makeup transformation resulting in her decision to go makeup-free, the "Baywatch" star is not afraid to do things her own way and be unapologetic about it. Although you might think Anderson would recommend tips on how to get into exercising in your 50s and beyond, she has found another way to stay both physically and emotionally healthy. Sitting down for an exclusive spread with People, Anderson revealed exactly how.
"All of my ideas come to me in the garden. And even when I'm confused about something, if I'll read in the garden, I will think through what my next choices are with scripts. It just clears my mind," Anderson told the publication. "Something about nature and just being surrounded by this really positive life force, you can make better decisions in the garden, I think."
The actor went on to gush that garden work is "better than going to the gym", which is certainly one way to get a stress-free, sweat-free workout ideal for older women. So, if you're not keen on driving yourself to the local gym or jogging around your neighborhood, then maybe Pamela Anderson's suggestion would be the perfect healthy alternative.
Pamela Anderson doesn't mess around when it comes to her overall health
During her interview with People, Pamela Anderson also shared her love of nature. In fact, the Golden Globe nominee's love for the outdoors is intrinsically linked to how she maintains her health. In another interview with New Beauty in February 2026, Anderson detailed her wellness-minded morning routine, sharing another low-impact workout for older women. "I walk every morning," she revealed to the publication. "I have to get fresh air—no matter the weather."
Anderson added that she can always achieve peace of mind just by going outside, and it has gotten her through some truly challenging moments in her life. "I've always been a nature lover. It has reset me time and again—even in the hardest of times," Anderson candidly shared with New Beauty, "I put my toes in the ocean, and all is well." Although the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant admitted that she also relies on a doctor and a regular routine of Pilates to preserve her health, Anderson is definitely doing something right if she looks as great as she does now.
