Bridget Moynahan's Decade-Long Marriage To Andrew Frankel Is Full Of Green Flags
Making a marriage work in Hollywood is tough, but Bridget Moynahan and husband Andrew Frankel seem to know exactly what to do to make theirs a success. Similar to how there are clear signs that Renée Zellweger and Ant Anstead are in it for the long haul, Moynahan's marriage is chock full of green flags. The couple has been married for more than a decade, and it's evident that the love is still going strong. The "Blue Bloods" star posted an image to her Instagram account in 2023, happily showing her followers the romantic card she received from her husband in celebration of their eighth wedding anniversary.
"Oh.... and marry a man that sends you cards like this on your anniversary," Moynahan wrote in the captions, with the card bearing the message "To The Woman I'm So Glad I Married." Aside from receiving tender messages from her husband, "The Sex and the City" actor only has the nicest things to say about Frankel. "Genuine, kind, and sensitive. He's the best," Moynahan enthusiastically shared with Rachael Ray on her eponymous talk show, "The Rachael Ray Show" (per People). With love still in the air for the couple, it stands to reason that Moynahan's marriage might be one of the celebrity marriages we think will stand the test of time.
How Bridget Moynahan found her happily ever after
Before meeting Andrew Frankel, Bridget Moynahan dated former NFL athlete Tom Brady from 2004 to 2006, and they share a son together. After the split, Moynahan was still hopeful that she would find love again, but wanted one that would last. And so, the "Coyote Ugly" actor decided to switch tactics. Instead of Hollywood, she crossed over to the finance world, met Frankel, and the rest was history. "What I learned was sometimes you have to fish in another pond, as the saying goes," Moynahan exclusively shared with Glamour. "[Frankel is] a really good person and a good partner." And it seems her gut is right on the money about the latter, as Frankel showed green flags early on in their relationship.
Not only did Frankel take notes and later buy her her dream engagement ring, but he was more than eager to give Moynahan her dream wedding. "They were both involved in all of the details," wedding planners Ann David and Nicky Reinhard exclusively shared with People, before cheekily adding, "They agreed on everything except the flavor of the cake." The pair got married at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard in New York in 2015, and guests didn't even realize they were coming to attend a wedding. But that was what the couple wanted and, years on, it seemed Moynahan finally found her happy ending.
