Even Victoria Beckham Has Fashion Regrets & This Is One Of Her Biggest

Aside from being known as the matriarch of the famed Beckham clan, Victoria Beckham is also considered a style icon. From these iconic outfits we'll definitely never forget to Beckham's style transformation through all her fashion eras, there can be no doubt the businesswoman knows what looks best on her. However, everyone has an off day, and Victoria herself acknowledged there are times she slips. During an appearance on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live", Victoria admitted that her decision to wear a matching set of leather outfits with her husband, David Beckham, was one of them.

"It haunts me, it does haunt me, but I love it," Victoria shared with Cohen, before adding further details, "We were wearing Gucci [and] it was a Versace dinner, which is inappropriate in itself." As seen in the image above, the Beckhams were all smiles in their leather ensembles, with Victoria sporting a short, close-cropped hairstyle. Victoria looked back on that moment fondly, describing it as "sweet." It's understandable that the Beckham matriarch would be hit by a wave of nostalgia and slight regret over this fashion misstep, considering this happened a month before they tied the knot in 1999.

There is one thing Victoria Beckham doesn't regret

While Victoria Beckham acknowledged past fashion mistakes she made, she revealed that she does not feel a single bit of regret for her eccentric and bold fashion moments during her Spice Girls days. This includes the makeup looks that she wore during performances and red carpet appearances. When questioned about this during an exclusive interview on the "Dear Media's Breaking Beauty" podcast, the entrepreneur had a surprisingly mature outlook. "I think that it's a journey and I never look back at any old pictures and cringe," she told the host, per Irish Mirror.

Victoria further reflected on the colorful moments she had when she was part of the pop girl group, implying that it was expected that a fashion faux pas or makeup misstep would happen. She stated that, considering that she was in her twenties at the time, it was the perfect time to explore. "You should feel free to experiment, have fun, figuring out what works and what doesn't work," Victoria said to the podcast host. And based on the snapshots of her in her Spice Girl era, she certainly followed her own advice.
