Pics Of Demi Moore That Zero In On When Ozempic Rumors Began To Run Rampant

Hollywood is going through an Ozempic phase, evident in how these celebs totally transformed after taking Ozempic or other GLP-1s. And it seems as though Demi Moore has opted to go down that same route, putting herself on the list of celebs whose red carpet appearances sparked Ozempic rumors. This was first evident when the "G.I. Jane" actor walked the red carpet at the 2025 SAG Awards, posing in a form-fitting black dress with a leather bodice and a pleated skirt. As seen in this TikTok clip posted by "Good Morning America," Moore's scarily thin arms and jutting collarbone caused alarm with fans. "Put that Ozempic DOWN," a TikTok user commented, adding a crying emoji alongside it.

Concern for Moore continued in another red carpet appearance, dated to March 2026, where the star showed up for the "I Love Boosters" premiere in a sleeveless, dark blue Saint Laurent dress with a daring slit in the skirt. Although both the dress and Moore looked beautiful, there can be no denying that the outfit hung off of her frame, highlighting how much weight the "Landman" star has lost. Although the Ozempic speculation around Moore is buzzing, some fans on Reddit are not so certain that Ozempic or another GLP-1 is to blame. "People forget that you can lose weight by ... eating less? All I'm seeing is Ozempic this, Ozempic that, and it just seems like coping. Extreme diets among celebrities are nothing new," a Reddit user bluntly explained.

Demi Moore has never confirmed or denied that she has used Ozempic, but the changes to her appearance are undeniable in these side-by-side pictures of the star. The four-time Golden Globe nominee is depicted below in 2023 (left) and in 2026 (right) and the transformation within a short time span is jaw-dropping. Moore's 2026 self has a more gaunt, skeletal appearance, with more prominent cheekbones and a clearly defined collarbone. Moreover, the veins on the "Indecent Proposal" actor's neck protrude more in contrast with her 2023 self.

Amidst the onslaught of concern regarding Moore's drastic weight loss, sources close to the "Striptease" star implied that the public's worries are not unfounded. For despite the unconfirmed allegations of Ozempic use, the star has revealed that she struggled with an eating disorder in an exclusive sit-down with Elle back in 2024, and insiders are worried Moore has once more surrendered to the old habits that sparked her eating disorder in the first place. "It's very upsetting to see her fall back into the same old patterns," the insider exclusively told the National Enquirer, before adding, "All the same pressures she used to put on herself to be stick thin when she was at the height of her fame have crept back in. She's back to depriving herself and living on the absolute bare minimum."
