Side-By-Side Pics Of Giada De Laurentiis' Face Transformation From Her TV Debut To Now
Aside from cooking up delectable dishes on live TV and sharing recipes in her numerous cookbooks, Giada De Laurentiis has also undergone a graceful facial transformation. The professional chef has gone through subtle changes since her TV debut in 2003 on "Everyday Italian", though unlike these celebs who are vocal about avoiding plastic surgery, De Laurentiis has not confirmed or denied having done anything to her face. However, there can be no denying that the restaurant owner has been aging gracefully. The image below shows the former "Giada at Home" host in 2006 (left) and 2023 (right).
Naturally, her 2023 self has slight transformations due to aging, as seen on her neck and around her eyes. Her nose bridge also appears a tad slimmer compared to her 2006 self. Although the changes to her face seem minor, some of her fans think they're far too noticeable. In this Instagram post where De Laurentiis showed herself recovering from sinus surgery, a fan didn't hold back, commenting, "Just saw her on [The Drew Barrymore Show], looks like [she got] filler and Botox [since] her face is much fuller." In a Facebook post showing a picture of De Laurentiis posing with fellow chef Bobby Flay, fans were even more brutal. "Too much surgery on her face," one user noted, "she doesn't even look the same!" Another user pointed out, "She had fillers in her face. ... She looked entirely different, and it wasn't good."
Giada De Laurentiis isn't against getting cosmetic procedures
So far, the only procedure Giada De Laurentiis admitted to is the aforementioned sinus surgery, but that doesn't mean the accomplished chef isn't open to getting work done in the future. The former "The Next Food Network Star" judge got several things off her chest during an interview with legendary makeup artist Bobbi Brown on Brown's "The Important Things" podcast, including makeup perspectives and lifestyle habits. However, she also revealed the all-too-relatable problem she's had in her quest to find a bra that fits just right. As a result of her interminable bra struggle, the veteran media personality confessed that she's tempted to get a breast augmentation.
"I can't find one that works with everything," De Laurentiis explained to the makeup founder. "I'm going to be completely honest with you Bobbi ... I should just have a boob job because maybe that would alleviate all the bra wars I have with myself every day." But the Daytime Emmy Award winner is also open about the beauty regimen that's kept her face card on fleek for years. In an exclusive with Allure, the celebrity chef reveals that her skincare routine only lasts 20 minutes and it includes a DIY olive oil face mask and sunscreen every morning, which is one of the actual ways to prevent wrinkles. Whether De Laurentiis decides to go under the knife or not in the future, it's clear she is a full believer in taking good care of yourself.
