Side-By-Side Pics Of Sandra Bullock Confirm The Hollywood Legend Is Aging Like Fine Wine

Hollywood legend Sandra Bullock has returned to the spotlight after taking an understandable four-year leave due to the death of her longtime partner, Bryan Randall. Now, the "Miss Congeniality" star is set to take the silver screen by storm, with the star working on "Practical Magic 2" alongside Nicole Kidman. Bullock's return has not only highlighted that her star power has not faded during her hiatus, but also that she is aging gracefully before our very eyes. In fact, we would dare say that she looks better with age.

The image above shows the "Bird Box" actor back in 2006 (left) and 2026 (right). Although signs of aging are visible on her neck and around her mouth, it doesn't detract from the fact that the star still looks amazing even after 20 years. As we live in a world where we're obsessed with how celebs look, speculation has arisen about whether Bullock has gone under the knife. She was even thought to have gotten cheek fillers after showing up to the 2018 Oscars, though she refuted this by claiming that her puffed-up cheeks were due to suffering from allergies. Bullock has overall denied that she's gotten plastic surgery, and with the minimal changes to her face, it's quite hard to believe.

Sandra Bullock unveils her beauty secrets

So, if Sandra Bullock hasn't gotten plastic surgery (per her words), then how exactly has she maintained her looks? Well, the "Ocean's Eight" starlet claims that she sticks to an uncomplicated skincare routine that lasts less than 10 minutes, and as Bullock is in her 60s at the time of reporting, the star has adjusted her skincare routine to cater to mature skin by exfoliating once a week. But "The Proposal" star admits that she splurges on a particularly pricey facial called the 'Hollywood EGF Facial' — also known by its more eyebrow-raising name of 'Penis Facial' coined by Cate Blanchett — which goes for $650 a session. This FDA-approved treatment involves peels and micro-needling, before the application of an EGF serum that consists of "cells of the human fibroblast taken from Korean newborn baby foreskin", as detailed by a spokesperson from aesthetic clinic The Georgia Louise Atelier (per the Huffington Post).

Although Bullock may credit her appearance to skincare and strangely named facials, it seems she might be entertaining cosmetic work after all. In March 2024, the "Gravity" actor was seen with Jennifer Aniston exiting plastic surgeon-to-the-stars, Dr. Neil A. Gordon's, office. Dr. Gordon operates the plastic surgery center, The Retreat at Split Rock, which offers a suite of services from rhinoplasties to facelifts, as well as an on-site hotel dedicated to patients' recovery, privacy, and relaxation. Bullock has kept mum about the reason for the visit, but time will tell if she decides to opt for a few tweakments herself.
