Among the many notable figures circling President Trump's orbit, Hope Hicks seems to stand out. No, she isn't as boisterous and controversial as the president himself, nor does she fit into the mold of other conservative ladies with the Mar-a-Lago face trend. She's never been caught committing the heavy-handed makeup mistakes that have plagued her peer Kristi Noem, either. Instead, Hicks is reserved and hardly ever seems to show any hint of her personality to the media, despite having served as Trump's communications director between 2017 and 2018. Regardless of her choice to keep her head down and stick to her job, the former political adviser has drawn attention for her eye-catching looks.
And it comes as no surprise seeing as Hicks is a former model, having started her modeling career when she was a teenager. A picture of a then-17-year-old Hicks on the cover of the 2005 book "The It Girl" — a spin-off of the famed "Gossip Girl" series — has clearly shown how different she looks compared to now. The 2020 picture of Hicks shows her with a much-slimmer nose and more defined eyebrows compared to the 2005 image. Naturally, with Hicks known for being tight-lipped about herself, she has not publicly confirmed if she's had any work done — though if she did, then her surgeon has done a fantastic job.
Hope Hicks' love life has also had a transformation
It seems Hicks' stunning face transformation isn't the only headline-grabber, as her love life has undergone some massive changes as well. Despite her reputation for keeping a low profile, Hicks has had juicy details of two ill-thought romances leak to the media. Now, while age gap relationships in politics aren't uncommon, they definitely raise eyebrows when the men she's allegedly involved with have been accused of violence. Hicks had been romantically linked to then-Trump aide Rob Porter, as reported by the Daily Mail in 2018, who was later forced to resign after allegations of abuse by his two ex-wives.
But before that was another Trump aide, Corey Lewandowski, who Hicks was alleged in Michael Wolff's tell-all account, Fire and Fury (via Daily Mail), to have had an on-off relationship with. In 2016, Lewandowski was charged with battery for assaulting a reporter. Hicks' romance record has certainly been spotty, but things seem to have changed for the better for her since departing Trump's inner circle. As of 2024, Hicks is engaged to Jim Donovan, the Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs, and is busy making career strides as COO of Megyn Kelly's Devil May Care media company.
