Bravo Star Melissa Gorga's Multiple Nose Jobs Are So Obvious In Side-By-Side Pics

Melissa Gorga has categorically embodied the textbook image of what it means to be one of the "Real Housewives" on the Bravo TV franchise. Not only does she look the part, but has also undergone enough plastic surgery procedures to fit the signature hallmarks associated with a classic "Housewives" cast member. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" (RHONJ) star has openly admitted to breast implant surgery, Botox, and lip fillers, and though she was reluctant to disclose her rhinoplasty, she was forced to do so when her co-star Jacqueline Laurita called her out on the show for having done four!

"Let's be honest, it's the worst-kept secret that I've had a nose job, but it's my secret to tell, not hers," Gorga admitted during a 2016 episode of "RHONJ." Speaking exclusively with Bravo's "The Daily Dish", she explained that she had no intention of revealing the procedure. "There are certain things I don't feel like I need to blurt all over the world. That's private. It has to do with me, myself, and I. That was one of the things I wanted to keep to myself. Unfortunately, I had a crappy friend who has told the world for me," she said. As for Laurita's claim that she has had four rhinoplasties, Gorga responded, "There [were] definitely not four nose jobs. Four nose jobs? I would look pretty deranged. That is insane to say four."

The reality star has long defended her "non-existent" nose job, chalking up her evolving look to makeup and skilled contouring. Side-by-side pics, however, suggest she may have had multiple nose jobs. Like several Bravo stars who are completely unrecognizable now, Gorga's earlier photos show a stark contrast to her current appearance.

While Melissa Gorga has dismissed rumors of having more than one rhinoplasty, she has candidly shared her trips to the doctor's office for lip filler and Botox injections, even convincing her husband Joe Gorga to do the same. That being said, while she may not have gone under the knife for a second or third rhinoplasty, it doesn't mean she hasn't explored a liquid nose job. For patients wanting a quick cosmetic fix, doctors can use filler to achieve several results, from minimizing the appearance of a dorsal hump to straightening, sculpting, or reshaping the nose. Though many opt for a liquid rhino before taking the surgical plunge, the procedure is often performed afterwards to refine the results of a previous surgical nose job rather than undergoing another operation to correct a minor detail.

Whether or not this is the case for Gorga, fans remain convinced she has had several procedures on her nose. The Bravo star has unintentionally fueled those conversations herself, through her many social media posts. For instance, in an August 2024 Instagram video, demonstrating how she achieves "perfect beach wave" curls, many viewers were instead distracted by her by how much work they believed she had done. "Lips and nose are so fake-looking. Lips toooo full. Nose almost touches top lip. Terrible. She ruined her look," one person commented. Another added, "Your nose is starting to disappear," while a third chimed in to query, "New nose?"
