Pam Bondi Just Can't Dodge The Plastic Surgery Rumors

Like many of the women in President Donald Trump's orbit, Pam Bondi appears to have embraced Mar-A-Lago face, the plastic surgery trend characterized by exaggerated, hyper-feminine facial features. While the former Attorney General hasn't confessed to any plastic surgery, rumors that she's made some changes to her face have persisted. In part, that's because Bondi looks so different in throwback photos before she joined the Trump White House. Post 2024, her cheekbones are far more sculpted, her lips are fuller, and her face has an uncannily ageless appearance.

While plastic surgeon Sean McNally chalks most of Bondi's altered appearance is the result of weight loss, he does see some signs of surgical enhancement. "Her cheeks appear more youthfully full which isn't what happens with weight loss," he told the Irish Star in 2025. "I suspect she's had filler or fat grafting to this area to help restore some of the volume lost." But Bondi is also embracing some less invasive cosmetic enhancement to give her that distinctive MAGA look.

While Pam Bondi hasn't been able to escape the allegations that she's had plastic surgery, there's compelling evidence that she's had some less invasive beauty tweaks down at the med spa. Pictures of Bondi going nearly makeup-free make it clear that she doesn't skimp when it comes to high-end skincare. Even in her sixties, Bondi has tight, wrinkle-free skin that makes her look much younger, suggesting a significant investment in regular, expensive treatments. "Bondi's skin appears more radiant and smooth in recent years, and this could be the result of high-quality skincare paired with professional treatments," plastic surgeon Michael Niccole told our sister site Glam exclusively in 2025. "Her skin is vibrant and even-toned, which may be due to a mild chemical peel, microneedling, or a gentle laser resurfacing treatment."

In fact, Bondi has taken such excellent care of her skin that people are frequently surprised to learn her age, and have compared her positively to other women in MAGA circles whose cosmetic work is not as subtle. "Pam Bondi is probably the most attractive 60 year old woman I've ever seen," wrote one X user. Others saw a future for her as a beauty influencer if she decides to leave politics. "She needs to quit today and open a skin and cosmetic line," wrote one Reddit user.
