Alix Earle's Face Transformation Is Wild To See In Side-By-Side Pics
TikTok influencer Alix Earle, who gained popularity posting her immersive "Get Ready with Me" (GRWM) videos, has always been the most candid about her beauty and skincare journey, along with her personal life. She has delivered visible results through her makeup tutorials and beauty techniques that make her content that much more believable. So, when she shared before-and-after photos of her driver's license with TikTok followers in 2023, fans were left stunned by her appearance.
In the caption, Earle merely wrote "17 to 22 yrs old. WTH?????" expressing her own surprise by the transformation, but fans weren't buying it. In the earlier photo, which dates back to her senior year of high school, Earle's face was significantly more square-shaped, with a wider, well-defined jawline. Though her style was an ode to 2016 beauty trends, wearing bold lashes and side-swooped hair, her face appeared untouched by cosmetic enhancements. In remarkable contrast, the later photo showed her draped under heavy glam that altered the appearance of her eyes, brows and nose; however, there were distinct changes to Earle's features. Her face seemed smaller with an oval shape, displaying a significantly tapered jawline that brought focus to her considerably larger and plumped lips – altogether resulting in a striking transformation.
"Alix....babe there is NOOO way that was you.." one person commented on TikTok. While another expressed disbelief, asking, "How is that possible?" One bold Tiktok user simply cut to the chase, asking, "Who's ur doctor!!!" seemingly convinced Earle went under the knife.

To prove she hadn't undergone any drastic celebrity face transformation surgery, Alix Earle posted a follow-up TikTok video, addressing the speculation, while acknowledging she did, in fact, look like a totally different person in the earlier photo. "I think that I got a face transplant in my sleep because what is going on here with the difference of these two photos," she joked. Ultimately, Earle attributed her face transformation to "puberty and some lip filler," admitting, "These are just not the same people." Just months before, the GRWM influencer sparked rhinoplasty rumors, but in an August 2023 TikTok, joked she may have also gotten a nose job in her sleep, suggesting she had no memory of undergoing that procedure either.
She did, however, share her recollection of undergoing breast augmentation surgery in January 2022, noting it was something she wanted since high school. "So, I got my breast augmentation one year ago today," she said in a January 5 TikTok post. "I did 275 CC moderate profile. I'm not gonna lie I wish I did a little bit more." She admitted using her personal savings, which was meant for something important, but insisted a boob job was important to her and she wanted everyone to notice. "Like, if I paid all that money for a surgery and no one noticed anything different about me, I'd be p***ed."
The influencer has long struggled with her appearance and simply not feeling comfortable in her own skin. Rather than fading in the shadows, she began curating her GRWM content, documenting her experience with cystic acne.
