Side-By-Side Pics Show How Much Kelly Stafford's Face Has Changed
Wife to Los Angeles Rams' Matthew Stafford, Kelly Stafford has been in the spotlight for over a decade alongside her beau, maintaining her signature look along the way. With a pearly smile and blond hair that typically reveals peak-a-boo dark roots, fans can easily recognize the WAG for her relaxed yet polished style. But while she's kept her image consistent, there's no denying her face looks quite different compared to back when we first met her.
The changes are particularly clear when comparing side-by-side photos of "The Morning After" podcast host. Before having kids, Stafford's face gave a "girl next door" type of energy with a no-makeup makeup look. More than a decade later, it's a rare to see her without some sort of glam, even though it looks minimal. She usually incorporates naturally filled-in brows with some shine on the lips and the occasional pop of color for blush. But the changes go beyond wearing more makeup. Stafford has had fillers in her face, a treatment which she admits she regretted. Speaking on one of her podcast episodes, she said, "Before kickoff, I got lazy, and I didn't research, and I went to someone very close to me in Calabasas in the strip mall. Who does that? [...]" she said. "I hadn't really gotten a lot of filler in my life and I think she put six valves of filler in my face. Turns out it takes more to get it taken out."
That's not the only procedure Stafford has been open about. She's confirmed that she had plastic surgery on her body after having her children, including a tummy tuck and boob job, adding her to the list of celebrities who have been refreshingly honest about their breast augmentations. But as it turns out, her beauty wasn't the only part of her life that changed.
Kelly Stafford Is Still Beautiful After Life Altering Procedure
While Stafford's transparency about her transformation is admirable, her openness goes beyond talking about her beauty procedures. In 2019, she announced on Instagram that she'd been diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma, a type of benign tumor that impacts the nerve leading to the brain and inner ear. Though she had it removed that year, the procedure took longer than expected after doctors found an abnormality, which stretched the procedure time to 12 hours.
Beyond the physical changes to her body internally, Stafford was also changing on the outside. At the time of her procedure, she cut off her usually long blond hair into a bob, which she debuted on Instagram. Even with having this extensive procedure done and scarring that remains, after all these years, Stafford is even more confident and beautiful now than she was then.
