Head-Turning Transformations Of Millennial Celebs Who Used Ozempic Or Other GLP-1s

Multiple celebrities have transformed after taking Ozempic and other GLP-1s, but it's not just older stars who have been open about using the drug. Several famous millennials (those born between 1980 and 1996) have gotten candid about their experience with the medication, which is predominantly used to treat diabetes and aid weight loss. That's not too surprising considering more millennials are taking GLP-1s. A 2025 study from the Evernorth Research Institute found a 47.7% increase in millennials being prescribed the drug between 2023 and 2024.

Equally, GLP-1 prescription company Levity discovered in 2025 that millennials had a different opinion on how tightly regulated the drug should be compared to Gen Zs (those born between 1997 and 2012). While most Gen Zs called for more regulation, most millennials wanted less. "Millennials are more likely to be prescribed a GLP-1 as compared to Gen Z; therefore, it is not surprising that millennials desire less regulation on these drugs," Richard Frank, MD, MHSA, and chief medical officer at Vida Health, explained to Newsweek. And there are plenty of millennial celebs who have had head-turning transformations on the medication.
