Side-By-Side Pics Of Megyn Kelly's Face Hint At Her Subtle Tweaks

Powerhouse journalist Megyn Kelly is known for stirring global debate, whether through her headline-making interviews or candid political commentary. While voicing her unapologetic views on tough issues in the media, she also hasn't shied away from criticizing the current wave of lifestyle trends. Particularly calling out several public figures that have undergone cosmetic enhancements, even describing some as freaks. "So many people in my business on television news, overdo the filler, they overdo the Botox too, and they just look like freaks," she said bluntly on an April 2024 episode of "The Megan Kelly Show" (via Instagram).

Kelly, however, appears to display subtle tweaks in her facial features that suggest the use of similar treatments. At the time, IG followers even snapped back at the podcast host, accusing her of hypocrisy. One person wrote, "There's no way Megyn Kelly hasn't gotten either filler or a facelift. She's older than I am and has zero skin sagging. That's just not possible." As seen in side-by-side photos, Kelly, at the very least, does appear to have gotten a nose job.

Though she hasn't confirmed undergoing a rhinoplasty, earlier photos of the journalist tell a different story. Going back to her days at Bethlehem Central High School, a yearbook photo (above, left) has revealed a remarkable transformation, most notably a shift from her wavy auburn hair at the time to the straight blond tresses she wears today. Another striking detail is a change in her nose, which looked much rounder at the tip and thicker along the bridge back then, compared to the leaner, cinched profile it has now.

Kelly is open to Botox and laser but says, 'I don't believe in the filler.'

Kelly, in her mid-50s at the time of reporting, has been caught in a crossfire of plastic surgery speculation, especially when she critiqued actor Erin Moriarty in 2024 for doing cosmetic work that had totally transformed her face. Plastic surgeon Richard Westreich stated the former NBC host was no one to talk, since she had likely undergone a botched rhinoplasty, citing what he described as her "wonky nostrils," in The U.S. Sun in 2024. Westreich also speculated that Kelly may have had Botox, laser, and skin resurfacing treatments, though he was undecided whether she got dermal fillers. There are, however, procedures to ensure that fillers stay undetectable.

On her April 9 podcast, Kelly adamantly condemned dermal fillers, saying, "I don't believe in the filler," but wasn't totally against lasers and Botox. "Ladies, listen to me, get the lasers, get the Botox ... This is what I do," she said, suggesting past use of both, adding, "It allows you to age but age well and you don't look weird and desperate like I've seen."

At an up-close glance of Kelly's face, she appears to have smooth, taut skin across her face and neck. Though subtle, these tweaks suggest the possible use of laser treatment that improves skin texture. As with laser skin resurfacing treatments, the procedure minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and age spots, while stimulating the body's natural healing response and collagen production, according to Laser Skin Solutions – ultimately yielding more polished, refined-looking skin. Additionally, Kelly's nose often appears deepened at the alar crease, yet fuller at other times, especially more recently. While she has denied the use of dermal fillers — commonly associated with non-surgical "liquid nose jobs" to reshape the nose – it's worth noting that Botox injections can also be used to subtly enhance the nose's appearance.
