Side-By-Side Pics Make Bravo Star Lala Kent's Plastic Surgery So Obvious

Reality TV star Lala Kent has had a total transformation, from her stint as a hostess on "Vanderpump Rules" to creating her own brands. She explored several ventures, launching her cosmetics line, "Give Them Lala Beauty" in 2017, and released a memoir entitled "Give Them Lala" in 2021. She currently hosts two weekly podcasts, "Untraditionally Lala" and "An Unlikely Affair".

Throughout that time, fans have seen her features shift from au naturel to plastic surgery Barbie. Beyond her cosmetic procedures, Kent has long been an avid proponent of dermal fillers and Botox, and almost looks unrecognizable without lip filler. She told People in 2018, however, that she intended to dial back the treatments. "I feel there have been times where I completely overdo it," she said. "I've had every part of my face injected. The things I've decided to stop doing is the filler in the cheekbones, the Botox above the eyebrow and the lips because I just feel like I'm a walking cat-duck."

That didn't mean she was entirely done with injectables. At the time, she said she would continue with fillers, but in specific areas. "So, I just do the jawline, chin fillers, and then get a little Botox in between the eyes and forehead." Looking at side-by-side photos, those areas are undeniably tweaked. Her face is more sculpted, with a squarer jawline and pointier chin. It appears she also went back on her word, flaunting full, pouty lips, evidently from injectables.

Kent has been an open book regarding plastic surgery. She, like other celebrities, isn't afraid of owning up to her cosmetic tweaks, and revealed undergoing two breast implant surgeries, her first at 20 years old, and the other in 2022, combined with a procedure to 'pin back' her left ear. The reality star even documented the painful aftermath of both procedures while still at the hospital, sharing that she was 'really happy' with the results.

Not one to stop there, Kent announced plans for implant revision surgery. "Guys, I'm getting new boobs!" she said in a January 2026 episode of her "Untraditionally Lala" podcast. After having her second child, Sosa Kent, in September 2024, she revealed her body never looked the same. "Sosa wreaked havoc on my body. Between my stomach that's a little loosey goosey, depending on the way I move ..." she said. "But my boobs, my right one is concaved on one side and is working its way up to the collarbone."

Additionally, the actor shared in a New Beauty exclusive that a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) may or may not be in the pipeline. "Oh gosh. I want a BBL so badly I can't even stand it," she said. "I know it's one of the most dangerous surgeries, so the chances of me actually doing it are slim to none. So, anyone out there who has one, just know I'm very jealous!"
