Side-By-Side Pics Highlight Fox News Anchor Dana Perino's Face Transformation

While Fox News anchor Dana Perino's skin looks youthful when she goes makeup-free, it's likely that she may have had some help in keeping herself looking young. Compared to old photographs, it seems that Perino has made some tweaks to the structure of her face. "Her nose looks slightly more refined in recent photos compared to older ones. A subtle nose job can harmonize the facial features beautifully," plastic surgeon Joel Kopelman told our sister site The List exclusively.

But in addition to a slimmer nose, Perino's face has the taut, plump look associated with MAGA and the plastic surgery trend, "Mar-a-Lago Face." Kopelman also suspects she has turned to Botox and filler to keep fine lines at bay. Still, the procedures have given her a new and uncanny look, compared to the more effortless beauty of her younger years. But Perino's fans don't appear to mind the change. "She's super pretty, but I have to be honest, her intelligence takes her well over the top," wrote one Reddit user.

Self-presentation is something the political commentator also takes incredibly seriously. "You want to feel powerful so that you are in control and you can think about what you're going to say rather than what you look like or what you're wearing," she revealed to Page Six [05:55].

Dana Perino takes a holistic approach to self-care

For Dana Perino, working out is a key part of self-care and making her look and feel good. The Fox News anchor revealed that, despite her busy schedule, she typically incorporates two full workouts into her daily routine: a Peloton ride, as well as a midday Pilates or dance class. "Staying fit and healthy is essential to my life," Perino told Philadelphia Magazine in 2020. "I could not handle the workload or manage the stress of my job without daily exercise." She even exercises at work — in one playful Instagram post, she shared a video of herself using her rolling chair to do a Pilates workout in the office.

In addition to exercise, Perino doesn't skimp on hydrating. "One of the most important things I do every morning is try to get my water in early," she told Page Six in 2025, revealing that she tries to drink at least 40 ounces before she even starts work. Consuming plenty of water helps keep skin looking younger, so it's a great idea for anyone who, like Perino, is committed to looking good, or who is looking for tips on keeping skin youthful as they age.
