Side-By-Side Pics Of Mina Starsiak Hawk Highlight Her Rumored Plastic Surgery
HGTV star Mina Starsiak Hawk has always been a fresh-faced beauty, but she has since undergone a noticeable facial transformation. Although her hit reality TV series, "Good Bones," wrapped up filming in October 2023, the star continues to look her best for the cameras. It's no secret how she achieves it, however. Similar to celebs such as Kelly Ripa, who has been honest about getting plastic surgery, Hawk herself has been refreshingly candid about the cosmetic procedures she's had done. But a recent video she posted on Instagram stands in stark contrast to what she looked like in the past.
Hawk in 2019 (above left) sports fuller cheeks, thinner eyebrows, and slight lines around her eyes. In 2026 (above right), not only do her brows stand higher on her face, but her cheeks look slimmer, her eyelids appear more lifted, and the lines around her eyes seem to have vanished. This is all easily explained by Hawk herself, who has publicly admitted to having eyelid surgery and a butt lift in November 2023, in addition to the tummy tuck, breast implants, and liposuction she did in December 2020. "Believe me, surgery is hard ... I also recognize that I'm in a very good, lucky position that I was able to do what I felt like I wanted and needed to do," she shares with People. "I feel strong, I feel attractive — and I feel like myself again."
Mina Starsiak Hawk is an open book when it comes to self-maintenance
As we all know, looking good is hard work; maintenance even more so. In a world where everyone is obsessed with how celebs look, Mina Starsiak Hawk knows this better than anyone. The Two Chicks and a Hammer entrepreneur shows the unfiltered reality on her Instagram account, posting a recent clip of herself undergoing an intensive laser treatment. The veteran TV personality is non-judgmental when it comes to getting plastic surgery, is a firm believer that everyone should have the right to care for their appearance however they choose to do it, and isn't shy about defending her stance.
In another clip depicting the aftermath of her treatment, the "Rock the Block" contestant hits back at her critics in the captions. "I share [because] I think it's the right thing to do and just how I roll," she writes on Instagram, "others don't because they get dragged through the mud for their honesty. Neither is right or wrong." Moreover, the star has been transparent with her body image issues, though she hasn't managed to dodge the Ozempic rumors swamping her fellow HGTV stars. Regardless of what she has or hasn't done, it's clear Hawk is more than content with her appearance.
