Lori Loughlin's Face Transformation Is Absolutely Head-Turning
Considering we live in a society where we're obsessed with how celebs look, it isn't hard to notice that Lori Loughlin has undergone a jaw-dropping face transformation. The "Full House" star's appearance at the "Unforgettable Evening" gala hosted by the Women's Cancer Research Fund on March 11, 2026, has also sparked rumors of possible cosmetic work. As seen in the image below, Loughlin stands in stark contrast with her 2019 self (left), sporting tauter skin, especially around her eyes and cheeks. There can be no denying Loughlin's new appearance has made her face more sculpted as well, with less visible smile lines.

In an Instagram post made by Lyndsay Zavitz — the makeup artist responsible for her aforementioned red carpet look — we can see the changes in Loughlin's face. Even fans are in awe of her appearance and aren't shy about making their opinions known in the comments. "Wow! She looks amazing! What's her secret?" an Instagram user commented. Although the veteran actress has never confirmed or denied rumors of plastic surgery, that hasn't stopped the speculation. Dr. Onir Spiegel, Director of Aesthetic Services at The Spiegel Center, shared his expert opinion with OK! "Based on the photos provided, it appears that Lori Loughlin may have undergone a deep plane facelift, along with some form of skin resurfacing ... to smooth fine lines and improve overall skin texture."

Although Lori Loughlin's face card transformation is undeniable, she isn't one of the celebs who faded from the spotlight after plastic surgery. In fact, Loughlin has been making red carpet appearance quite frequently, despite her name in the tabloids for all the wrong reasons.
After almost 28 years, the "90210" star split from her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, in October 2025. This came on the heels of the infamous college bribery scandal in 2019, wherein the couple paid $500,000 in bribes to get both their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella, into college. Loughlin was jailed for two months while Giannulli served five months, and the couple's marriage grew ever more strained after their release.
Her influencer daughter, Olivia Jade, who's been noted to have "stolen" Lori Loughlin's face due to their sheer resemblance, has since spoken out about the scandal. "I don't want pity, I don't deserve pity. We messed up," Olivia said on "Red Table Talk" (via Entertainment Tonight). Loughlin has certainly gone through tough times in the past few years, but she has since moved on in her career as the actress is set to return as Abigail Stanton in Season 14 of Hallmark's "When Calls the Heart".
