Everything We Know About Kelly Osbourne's Ever-Changing Tattoo Collection
Most of us have considered getting a tattoo at some point in our lives. They're a great form of self-expression, and some freehand abstract tattoos are truly one-of-a-kind. We also love affirmation tattoos, because they're a permanent reminder of your best self. Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, is known for her funky style and her many tattoos. Her tattoo collection is ever-changing, though.
Osbourne had 15 tattoos at one point. She also added two hand tattoos in 2020. On the back of her left hand reads, "without" and in the same spot on her right hand is the word "you." But Osbourne isn't a fan of all of her tattoos. She wrote in her Closer column (via The Daily Mail): "Some [tattoos] still have a special meaning, like the matching ones my brother Jack and I have of each other's names, but I now feel like some were a mistake."
Kelly has had many tattoos removed
As reported by The Daily Mail in 2010, Kelly Osbourne, who has totally transformed over the years, announced her decision to remove some of her tattoos via laser in her weekly column for British magazine Closer. She revealed that the decision came while filming the movie, "Should've Been Romeo," as a few of her tattoos were covered up by makeup. She realized that she didn't miss the tattoos while they were hidden.
The first tattoos Osbourne says she wanted to get rid of are a keyboard on her forearm and a heart and crossbones on her wrist. She mentioned that part of the reason why she got the tattoos was to rebel against her parents. She also shared: "I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don't know why. One of them is a keyboard and I don't even know how to play a piano!" The tattoo removal process takes several months, but Osbourne said she heard it's less painful than getting the tattoos. Later, in 2020, Osbourne posted on Instagram that the removal process was "1000000000000 times worse than getting the tattoo!!!"
