Side-By-Side Pics Show How Much Chelsea Handler's Face Has Changed

Chelsea Handler has been a staple in the world of stand-up comedians since rising to fame on the reality TV show, "Girls Behaving Badly," back in 2002. But nearly three decades in the spotlight has made any change in her appearance quite noticeable, and the accomplished comic has certainly undergone a transformation since her "Chelsea Lately" days. Handler has denied ever having done plastic surgery, but has admitted to having alternate work done to her face. "I don't do Botox. I have a little filler under my eyes," Handler confessed in a 2016 Howard Stern interview, "but I've never done plastic surgery."

Handler today looks quite different from her 2014 self. Though there are clearly signs of aging around her eyes, her forehead remains wrinkle-free. Moreover, her lips also seem more filled, especially her upper lip. Despite the clear change, Handler is certainly aging gracefully. While other celebs are vocal about avoiding plastic surgery, Handler has chosen to be vocal about embracing it (and other cosmetic work) instead. "I'm all for a little filler and Botox," Handler tells The New York Times, "but you're supposed to accentuate the positive."

Chelsea Handler is open about her self-care regime

Apart from being transparent about filler and Botox, Handler keeps her fans updated on the ins and outs of her beauty routine. The former talk show host posted a before-and-after photo on her Instagram back in October 2016, showing the results of the profractional laser she'd undergone. Handler's face appeared veritably spotless and radiant in the aftermath, with Handler showering praises regarding the treatment and name-dropping her doctor in the captions. "Stunning," an Instagram user commented in response. Another sharp-eyed Instagram user bluntly noted, "You look like you had more done than the laser. You look great!"

Despite the pressures of having to always look good in the public eye, Handler states she's comfortable with the way she looks now. In a sit-down with Oprah Daily, the "This Means War" actor had no qualms sharing how she feels about aging. "I feel good about the way I look. I don't care about the cellulite on my thighs." Handler is certainly of the same mind with celebs such as Salma Hayek and Pamela Anderson, refined ladies who aren't playing by society's beauty rules (and thank God for that).
