Rep. Anna Paulina Luna's 'Mar-A-Lago Face' Is Undeniable These Days

Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is known for her aggressive legislative tactics, confrontational media appearances, and advocacy for unpopular policies. Compounding her already clouded public image, she also sparked widespread attention when she introduced legislation to carve President Trump on Mount Rushmore. Besides her Florida U.S. Representative duties, the politician — a widely regarded conspiracy theorist – made headlines in 2025 when she was tasked to reopen case files related to the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King Jr., along with Jeffrey Epstein's alleged "client list."

While the 2022-elected House of Representatives and former Air Force veteran continues to stir controversy in the political arena, another side of her public persona that has drawn interest is her affinity for glamour and polished aesthetics. From her "American Maverick" feature on the cover of Maxim Magazine to her latest Mar-a-Lago-looking visage, it's evident Luna is invested in looking the part as she is about political matters.

Though she may not appear to embrace the more overtly augmented look as her MAGA compatriots, such as Kimberley Guilfoyle, Lara Trump, and Kristi Noem (who has undergone a shocking face transformation), Luna's subtle yet altered appearance these days is undeniable. She hasn't confirmed undergoing any cosmetic work, but has fitting traits of the Mar-a-Lago face – defined by visibly plumped lips, notably smooth, camera-ready skin, and a preference for full-glam makeup paired with voluminous, bouncy blowouts. We took a closer look at all these beauty enhancements and telltale signs of Luna's appearance that are synonymous with the Mar-A-Lago aesthetic features.

Luna's Mar-a-Lago look: Overdone makeup, lip fillers & frozen face smiles

Photos of the Florida representative's appearance look quite refined and polished. Close-up shots show just how much time she spends doing her makeup to achieve her high-glam look. From precisely penciled-in brows, sharply defined cat-eyes with eyeshadow and mascara-heavy lashes, to a face layered in foundation and blush — every element is carefully constructed. Altogether, this routine could reasonably take 20 to 30 minutes, before factoring in other bells and whistles such as primer, SPF, setting spray, pre-makeup skincare, and hairstyling.

Lip Filler Alert: In the side-by-side photos (above), there's a clear distinction between Luna overlining her lips and plumping them with dermal fillers. Where she has traced outside the natural border of her lips with red lipstick (left photo), fine lines remain visibly across the surface of her lips, suggesting a more natural, yet slightly deflated appearance. By contrast, the right image shows lips that are smoother, fuller, and prominently plumped, suggesting the politician has had one or more dermal filler treatments.

Frozen Face: Another notable aspect of Luna's appearance is that it's too perfect — aligning with a signature "Mar-a-Lago Face." Despite smiling, she has no visible smile lines around her mouth and eyes, resulting in a slightly unnatural visage. This is what Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Faryan Jalalabadi, refers to as "frozen face," a side effect often associated with excessive filler that can restrict muscle movement and limit facial expression. Ultimately, this is the level of overall upkeep that's required to align with the polished, Mar-a-Lago-style image of Donald Trump's inner circle.
