Side-By-Side Pics Of Vanessa Williams' Face Transformation Are Striking

When it comes to aging gracefully, Vanessa Williams definitely ticks all the boxes. However, the "Ugly Betty" star has had some noticeable changes to her appearance, which can be seen in the side-by-side pictures below. Not only does Williams appear generally slimmer in the more recent photo (right), but her forehead looks wrinkle-free, which isn't the case in the first image, from 2018. Moreover, Williams' face in the 2026 snap seems more sculpted, and her cheekbones more prominent.

However, the drastic changes in her appearance could be linked to her use of Ozempic — Vanessa Williams has had a striking transformation thanks to Mounjaro. Though, unfortunately, she is one of the celebs who have fallen victim to 'Ozempic neck'. The star has publicly admitted to using GLP-1 variant Mounjaro for two years. "It's a game-changer," she exclusively shared with HELLO when talking about the drug. "When I turned 60, I was like: 'I want to be here for a long time, and I want to look my best.' So what am I going to do?" And it seems Williams' honesty has resonated well with her fans. "Admitting you're on Mounjaro is the best thing you could do ... Everyone is on some sort of GLP-1. Good for you," an appreciative Instagram user commented.

Vanessa Williams has opinions on cosmetic work

Similar to how some celebs are vocal about avoiding plastic surgery, Williams has been open about her thoughts on cosmetic work, as well as the treatments she does partake in to maintain her appearance. The "Desperate Housewives" actor has confessed to doing Botox in the past, but has stopped doing so since. "I don't do fillers, I don't do Botox anymore," the star exclusively shared with People. "I haven't had a facelift, I do micro-current and nano-current technology, which is amazing."

But Williams hasn't stopped there, because when it comes to investing in her appearance, she goes all out. Not only does she take NAD+ injections and HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), but Williams is a devotee of the P5 facial – another version of the famed 'Vampire Facial' – which boosts skin elasticity and overall skin health. And it seems as though Williams' efforts are paying off, as a Reddit user noted, "A lot of people would be happy to be 62 and look like Vanessa Williams."
